In a nutshell, 12min app specializes in extracting the key takeaways from bestsellers and creating bite size microbooks, accessible via audio or text in approximately 12 minutes. More than that, 12min is a personal development app that offer diverse content, packed up with actionable information that will help you learn more.


  • Interact with users and respond to their queries via email

  • Respond to app store comments and keep in mind that “The Customer is Always Right”

  • Respond to social media messages (Facebook, Instagram, Twitter)

  • Deliver reports, and speak on behalf of the users

  • We do not believe in micromanagement, which makes personal responsibility a big part of our culture.

  • Self-motivated and self-organized to meet deadlines and perform tasks.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Impeccable Portuguese and advanced English and Spanish (we are an international company)

  • Ability to solve problems

  • Keeping a cool head (don’t take anything mean personally 😎)

  • Great communication skills and ability to meet deadlines

  • Plus - Experience in customer success and CRM Softwares
